Co-founder | Chief Executive Officer

Kilian de Menibus, CEO and co-founder, brings over 20 years of experience in digital marketing. After more than a decade at leading agencies like TBWA, FullSIX, and HighCo, where he worked with major accounts such as SFR, Club Med, Canal+, and Renault, Kilian founded Digitailwise in 2012 to offer a unique approach in the market.

Digitailwise provides a next-generation hybrid consulting service, acting as a true partner to its clients and dedicated to enhancing their performance and business development. "Having been an e-commerce entrepreneur myself for two years, I realized how disconnected traditional consulting can be from the day-to-day reality of a business. Our role is to ease our clients' burdens by providing pragmatic answers and solutions truly tailored to their unique contexts."

With this vision, Kilian turns his clients' challenges into growth opportunities, offering concrete and pragmatic solutions perfectly aligned with their specific needs.

 Bertrand Humblot 

Co-founder | General Manager

Bertrand is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience in advertising and media. He has held senior executive positions at renowned companies such as Paragone, Rocket Fuel, Trace, Gong, and TF1. Since 2013, he has contributed to the development of AI and Big Data in programmatic advertising. Bertrand has excelled in implementing growth and monetization strategies on both national and international scales, consistently participating in the launch of new products and offerings. It was only natural for Bertrand to be at the forefront of "User JournAI," promoting the rise of generative AI for real-time consumer understanding and creating on-site experiences tailored to their intentions.

 Rebecca Crown 

Co-founder | Business & Customer Operations Director

Rebecca blends a Franco-British background with 15 years of digital marketing expertise. She has a proven track record of establishing business processes from scratch in high-growth environments, including startups and scale-ups. Rebecca's career spans international markets and diverse leadership roles, always with a client-centric focus.

Rebecca's journey began in digital advertising at the dawn of programmatic technology and real-time bidding, big data, and artificial intelligence. Her tenure at a Silicon Valley company expanding into Europe saw her lead account management and team development across London, Hamburg, and Paris.

She played a pivotal role in the internationalization strategies of Tradelab (now Jellyfish) and happn, traveling extensively to implement these strategies. Her foray into the SaaS sector specialized in local marketing, customer experience, and engagement, as well as managing large international accounts, underscored her deep understanding of customer challenges.

Rebecca is known for her data-driven approach, cultural and client sensitivity, and excellence in collaboration and expectation management. She consistently develops successful programs for her clients, maintaining high standards both internally and externally. Renowned for her exacting standards, she “runs a tight ship,” ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Co-founder | Chief Technology Officer

Aurélien De Matteis, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), has 11 years of experience in consulting, specializing in architecture, information systems development, and IT team management. Today, he is dedicated to innovating advanced solutions at User JournAI.

His experience in supporting various types of clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporations and IT industries, gives him a vision that facilitates the alignment of technology with business needs and objectives. For over 10 years, he has covered topics such as architecture, data management, and security in sectors like finance, banking, healthcare, and e-commerce.

With innovation as his driving force and R&D as a philosophy, artificial intelligence has become a key area in his career. Naturally, he has turned to designing solutions that interface business needs with artificial intelligence.
